Consultation requests

The consultation form collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company or practice, optional phone number, service interest and message. We store requests so the Netsmart team can review and respond to your enquiry.

What to include

Provide enough detail to describe your business need. Do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential client or patient records, or other sensitive material through this form.

Technical information

The site uses technical request information to help prevent abuse and duplicate submissions. Requests are stored with a reference and received time. Access to the website inbox is restricted to authorized Netsmart administrators.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, consultation enquiries successfully received by our website, and clicks on our general phone and email links. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details and uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and messages entered in the consultation form are not included in our Analytics events. Page URL query strings and referring-page paths are also excluded.

Analytics remains off until you allow it. Your Allow or Decline choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Use Analytics choices in the footer to change it; choosing Decline stops further Analytics measurement and clears accessible Analytics cookies for this website. Enquiries can be submitted either way. Google may process Analytics information outside Canada. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Support services

The client portal and remote support services open separately from this website and may require sign-in. Those services have their own privacy terms. Use remote support when directed by your Netsmart technician.
